The most bussin tacos from Des Moines area! A friend of my brought me tacos from this food truck, as we all know , we can't trust all food trucks food , so you have to know very well your food trucks, but this one! I just don't have words. As a Mexican , I know for sure the real tacos Al pastor taste, and this one is not bad after all!

We knew there were a bunch of food trucks down in this area, but today is Memorial Day, and we knew places may not be open. But we needed some food truck tacos. Lucky for us, Tacos La Papa was there! It was pretty standard for food truck etiquette: order at the window and pay. But they give you a buzzer to know when to get your food. It didn't take terribly long, and they were super busy. I had a bomb-ass pork torta while the S/O had pork tacos. The sauces they give you are good, and just all around pretty solid Mexican food. This truck is in a permanent location, and you can also order them through UberEats. We will be back!
